There's not much cookin'....

....in my kitchen these days b/c we are adjusting to life with our little baby girl who is one month old today!!!! Family, friends, and what's left in my freezer have kept us fed, along with a box or two of Zaterain's red beans and rice. I plan to be back cooking again SOON---- hopefully that means more posts and recipes!

Last weekend, in light of my Pioneer Woman themed week {I'm reading her new book if you don't already know}, I managed to make her monster cookies with Valentine colored M&M's. I give them two thumbs up!


And so does my helper, Stephen - might have to change his name to the cookie monster - Smalls.

    I love a good monster cookie! I've never had PW's but I'm sure they're delightful. Your little helper looks like he was lots and LOTS of help :)

    I could eat SS up with a spoon. He looks so serious and SO much like you. Glad you were up for cookies.
