Salmon BLT

Inspired by the Salmon BLT once served on the menu at Amsterdam Cafe. I probably had a hundred of these while I was a student at Auburn.

Ingredients for one sandwich:
small sour dough roll, lightly toasted
salmon filet cooked like this
with the dill caper sauce or really good mayonnaise
1 piece crispy bacon
spinach leaves or some sort of good greens
thin slice of tomato

* One large salmon filet was enough to make 3 sandwiches.

  1. Love and miss that sandwich. Tried many a tome to recreate wiu chicken- fish scares me. As in buying it. My husband likng it...
