Taco Soup

Please tell me you never tire of soups with ground beef and diced tomatoes.
And please tell me you have a recipe for taco soup.

If you don't...you do now:)

2 lbs ground beef
1 onion diced
{4} 14 oz cans diced tomatoes or {2} 28 oz cans.
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can red kidney beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 can pinto beans, drained
2 cans corn, drained
1 packet taco seasoning
1 packet dry ranch dressing mix

In a little vegetable oil, saute onion until tender on medium heat, add ground beef and cook until thoroughly browned - drain. Then add tomatoes, drained beans, drained corn, and seasoning packets. Allow to simmer for 30 minutes to an hour.

Serve with grated cheddar cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips or Fritos.
Makes a lot.
Freezes well.
