I've posted about this before but it is well worth noting again....roasted cabbage is delicious. It is cheap, nutritious, and as good as potato chips.
Chop it up, red or green - or both- place on cookie sheet, coat lightly with olive oil, and roast on 400 degrees until its a little browned and crispy looking on the edges. Lightly salt. You may want to remove it from the oven half-way through the cooking process and give it a little toss for it to roast more evenly.
Serve it up with a roasted or store bought rotisserie chicken and some potatoes, and you have a meal fit for a king!
I never thought of roasting cabbage. This sounds great, and the PW recipes are amazing!! You are such a good cook!
