If you are a wine drinker, you know that the summer heat often leaves your vino a little tepid.
Enter perfect solution: a cube.
A wine cube.
Take a bottle {or half a bottle} of your choice wine and freeze a cube or two.... or twenty.
This is a great way to keep your wine chilled and prevent it from watering down with a regular ol' everyday average boring ice cube. Personally, I feel this would work just as well with red wine.
The cubes don't completely freeze because of the alcohol content, but it works. It's a nice slushy freeze.
Idea credit goes to my Mama and cousin Bib.
Three cheers for a cube!
Viva la cube!
What a fun idea! I don't know why I've never thought of that. You've just revolutionized my summer vino drinking...thanks for sharing :)
