We had these for a mid morning snack today.
They were a hit.
2 bananas
2 handfuls frozen peaches {I had some that I had put up from this summer}
approximately 1/2 cup milk
Toss all ingredients in blender and blend until they are nice and smooth. If you like, throw in a splash of orange juice or a little bit of honey.
Serve immediately.
mmmm - looks good. I always think I need to have yogurt to make a smoothie, but I like your simplicity.
