Iced Mocha

I enjoy a small dose of caffeine in the morning and a small dose in the afternoon. This iced mocha was born out of my desire to incorporate chocolate into my afternoon fix. Its easy; and it proves that you can make anything with a little Hershey's cocoa powder.

1 cup of strong, hot coffee {6-8 oz}
2 tablespoons Hershey's cocoa powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup milk
ice
whipped cream and chocolate syrup for topping {if desired}

Instructions: In a large glass {or mason jar} mix cocoa powder and sugar into hot coffee thoroughly. Then add 1 cup of milk - skim, 2%, whole, whatever you like. I used 2%. Continue with the stirring. Once mixture is well incorporated pour over a tall glass of ice. Top with a little whipped cream and chocolate syrup if ya like.

Makes 1 large serving or 2 smaller ones.

  4. I used my cold brew coffee and put this in a blender, then poured it over ice. YUM!

    I used:
    Approximately 2 cups coffee and the same amount of milk, and 1/4 cup cacao powder (from Costco) and 1/4 cup white sugar. Frothy, decadent, deliciousness! *drool*
